The ordeal that is submitting for this job is horrendous. Your heart races as you type in the respective fields, then you get down to City / Town, State / Provence, Country / Region and nowhere can you find Nationality. I don't want to be lumped in with all the other British candidates, but I do want them to fly me home if they select me.

Then it comes to uploading the file... sub 100MB, well it was original sub 100MB, now changed to sub 90MB. I re-compress and try again, and it times out.

At this point I trudge my way through the snow at midnight to utilize the faster tinterweb at the office... all 1.5Mbit upload.

After re-compressing the video eight or nine times, I came through with success, my application submitted, and all before 2am.

Apparently there is a backlog of submissions for them to get through, so it could be a week before it appears. I'll keep you posted. No rest for the committed though, I have a "making of" video to cut together and some prints to get made!
